Hi friend :D, today i want to tell you about tips and trick to pass the TOEFL test especially in writting because i talk about it. some people think it's too hard. don't panic. i have some tips for you to pass the TOEFL test ( Writting ) with fantastic score. By the way, in the past we talk about TOEFL test, did you know what is the TOEFL test ?
Test of English as a Foreign Language or TOEFL is a standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers wishing to enroll in U.S. universities. The test is accepted by many English-speaking academic and professional institutions. TOEFL is one of the two major English-language tests in the world, the other being the IELTS.
did you get it ? TOEFL test important things for us if we want to enroll in universities in the world. so, thats the reason for get high score in TOEFL Test.
Well, i got this tips from my lecturer Ms. Wati Purnama. She says if you want to do writting test in TOEFL test, don't forget this 3 steps for sentences:
2. See at the complement for adverb time in the setences so you will realize the tenses.
3. Determine the subject for singular or plural nouns then you can solve the verb if it's wrong on the setences.
Example :
Doncaster have a very wet climate
Step 1 :
Verb is a word to describe an action and to-be is also can be verb, so have is a verb guys.
Doncaster have a very wet climate
S P O
Step 2 :
if there is no clue for the adverb time so we can see if it is the simple present tense.step 3
You can see Doncaster as a subject in this setences so you can determine it is a singular nouns then in singular nouns we must used verb "has" to this setence.
